What is a virtual summit?
A virtual conference is hosted on the Internet which means that participants can attend from the comfort of their computers or mobile devices wherever they are in the world.
What do I need to attend the virtual Summit?
To attend the virtual Summit, you need a good internet connection, your mobile device or computer, and a valid registration. You will use your username and password created during registering process to access the virtual rooms.
How can I get my certificate of participation?
You can download a PDF certificate when you complete the summit.
Can I download the videos of the presentations?
Unfortunately, download a conference video is not allowed.
Who can attend the virtual summit?
Anyone interested in Physiotherapy, injuries threatening or prevention, etc. Students, graduates or somebody who wants to learn about this topics can be registered.
Will I have a chance to ask questions?
There is a forum in every virtual room to discuss about the topic of the conference.
Do I have to start my Summit at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?
Deadline to register the course is June 30th 2021. Then, you will have 6 months full access to complete the summit. So it is better than a physical conference where you would have to choose between simultaneous sessions.
Which are the accepted methods of payment?
Registrations may be paid using the PayPal Online Service, which enables any credit card payment or a virtual POS. If you want pay by Bank Transfer, please, contact us at email@example.com
Will I get a receipt once I register to the Summit?
Yes, you will receive an email with an attachment of the invoice.
I want to cancel my registration. How can I do it?
Registration cancellations must be communicated to the event by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). If we receive your written cancellation before the cancellation deadline of the event, the registration fees will be refunded, deducted by an administrative fee of 20 EUR. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the above mentioned deadline.
I have a coupon code. How can I redeem it?
If you have a coupon code for the Summit, you can redeem by following the steps below:
- Add the Summit Ticket to the cart. You will be automatically redirected to the cart page.
- Enter the coupon code and click Apply Coupon. The price of the course will update to reflect the discount.
- Proceed to checkout to register.
